When Water Plus embarked on their automation journey in January 2021, the key goal was to free up time for employees to focus more on customer-facing services and value-added work. It’s delivered a step-change for customers, significantly increasing how efficiently customer accounts are updated, cutting development time and improving how processes are delivered.
Less than one year into their journey, Water Plus have 22 robots running, improving more than 13 processes in 2021, with more under development. Within six months, the new bots have processed over 567,000 transactions, delivering a range of benefits for the business, and delivering enhancements for customers.
