Ada, a digital worker at Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust (CCS NHST), has transformed the way paediatric referrals are processed.
Previously taking up to 40 minutes each, referrals are now handled in under five minutes - saving time and reducing pressure on staff. The error rate has also dropped significantly, from 10% to under 1%, improving both service efficiency and patient experience.
