UiPath's Women in Automation series strives to unite female thought leaders, executives, leaders, through conversation about technology and automation.
At TOGETHER in London, we'll be hosting a panel discussion, where you’ll hear from trailblazing women in the automation field, about their journey, and how they’re using their voice to open doors for others. We’ll wrap up the event with conversation and networking.
We will continue the discussion following the meeting to share our action plan and future initiatives to champion women in automation.

Speakers
As Chief People Officer at UiPath, Brigette McInnis-Day is passionate about fostering a people-first environment that focuses on attracting and developing an exceptional team of diverse, and innovative thinkers. Brigette’s deep knowledge of all elements of the HR profession and was drawn to technology for its pace and innovation. She has spent the majority of her career leading global teams and building a culture that promotes women and early-stage talent in leadership, diversity and inclusion, pay equality, and digital transformation.
Siobhan Ryan has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years, including 10 years with Oracle the US. She has also worked in the big data and analytics space. Currently, Siobhan leads the Enterprise Sales team for UiPath where she supports a GTM strategy centered around the transformative value of Intelligent Automation for UK&I organizations.
Paula Hughes is leading the Automation & Insight team at Tarmac to utilise tools and technology to improve the process and remove manual interventions. Paula is passionate about making our working lives more effective and rewarding.
Laura Atkinson has spent over 28 years in the IT Industry in a variety of Sales and Alliances roles, both as an individual contributor and as a manager. Laura runs the Alliances and Ecosystems business for EY in the UK, responsible for the creation and execution of a strong and impactful Alliances strategy. Laura joined EY from SAP, where she held the position of Chief Partner Officer, leading teams running the Partner ecosystem for SAP UK and Ireland.
