His strong focus on the customer and delivering meaningful personalized experiences that create value is at the heart of all that he does.
Over the course of his career, Darren has held general management, innovation, and other executive leadership positions at industry-leading companies, including Manpower, Allegis, CDI, and Cielo.
A sought-after speaker and industry thought leader, Darren frequently presents on the topics of global business strategy, digital disruption, technology-enabled services, innovation, and human capital. He holds an MBA with distinction from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University and has completed executive education programs at the IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, and at the University of Wisconsin Lubar School of Business.
Darren is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he is active in multiple charities. In his free time, he is an avid reader, and enjoys snow skiing, and playing what he describes as “mediocre” golf.
