Nick Hummel, Divisional Vice President of Claim Operations at Great American Insurance Group in Cincinnati, OH. Nick began his career in 2001 as a claims trainee and has handled all line of business claims. He assumed the role within Claim Operations 6 years ago. Nick is responsible for shared service offerings for Operational Support, Claims Customer Service, the Business Process team, and is the business owner of the Claims Operational Effectiveness strategy. He works with a team of professionals to implement process improvements, automation opportunities and technology enhancements to support the claims workflow as well as the employee and customer experience.
