About César:
Cesar Guerra is Head of Digital Process Transformation at Aon. His job is primarily focused on delivering reusable and scalable solutions that will help drive process optimization and efficiency across all solution lines and regions. He currently leads a multi-disciplinary team across US, UK, India and Poland and focuses on solutions leveraging RPA, Business Process Management, Data Ingestion/Extraction. In addition, Cesar leads Process Excellence for the firm with a focus on process optimization and transitions. Prior to joining Aon, Cesar was both at Amazon and General Motors. Throughout his career, he has held several leadership positions across multiple areas such as M&A Integration, Finance, Internal Audit and Global Business Services. He is originally from Monterrey, Mexico and has lived across the US from Austin, to Detroit, NYC, Seattle and Chicago.
